Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice explains what we collect when you apply to join the NicheFinders AI developer team, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Plain language, no fine print.
What we collect
- Your name and email address
- Your LinkedIn profile URL and any portfolio/project link you share
- Your selected track, years of experience, and your written answers
- Your responses to the skills assessment, if you're invited to take it
Why we collect it
Only to review your application and, if it's a fit, to move you through our hiring process. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing.
Where it goes
Your submission is sent securely to our internal hiring system and is visible only to the NicheFinders AI team members involved in hiring. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that run our systems on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We retain applicant information only as long as needed to evaluate your application and consider you for current or near-term roles. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect it
Applicant data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. We do not store your information in public locations, and we follow internal security practices to keep it safe.
Confidentiality
The assessment and any materials shared during the hiring process are confidential. By applying, you agree not to copy, publish, or share them.
Your choices
